Our Services
We provide a range of services for motorcycles, including:
- Motorcycle Sales: The sale of new and used motorcycles.
- Servicing & Repairs: Work carried out by our team, including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Parts & Accessories: The sale and fitting of parts and accessories.
- Delivery & Recovery: The transport of your motorcycle.
- Motorcycle Storage: Your vehicle kept in our facility by request or following an accident recovery.
Motorcycle Sales
- Payment: We require full payment before a motorcycle can be collected or delivered. The motorcycle remains our property until payment has been fully cleared.
- Used Bikes: Used motorcycles are sold based on their age and condition. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
- Warranty: Any warranty on a bike will be explained to you at the time of sale.
Servicing and Repairs
- Estimates: Any price we give you before starting work is an estimate. If we discover that more work or parts are needed, we will contact you for your approval before continuing.
- Parts: We use high-quality parts for all repairs. If you provide your own parts for us to fit, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with them.
- Uncollected Bikes: Once your motorcycle is ready for collection and we have notified you, we ask that you collect it within 3 days. We may charge a storage fee for bikes left on our premises for an extended period.
Delivery and Recovery of Motorcycles
- We will take great care when transporting your motorcycle.
- We will not be responsible for delays in delivery that are outside of our control.
- Our recovery service is for transporting your bike to our workshop. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the bike.
Delivery of Shop Items
- We will take great care when packaging your goods.
- We will not be responsible for delays in delivery that are outside of our control.
- Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 working days.
Our Responsibility
We will always provide our services with care and skill. We are not responsible for any personal items left on your motorcycle while it is with us. We are also not responsible for any issues that arise from a customer's actions or failure to follow our advice.
Your Privacy
We will handle your personal information carefully and in line with UK data protection laws. You can find more details on how we use your data in our separate Privacy Policy on our website.
Legal Information
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. If there are any disputes, they will be handled by the courts of England.
