In a snapshot what are we to expect from the new Bridgestone Battlax S23 compared to its predecessor the S22? For one, amazing cornering speed and edge grip, 4% faster lap times in the wet and 3% shorter wet braking distance. Also 8% mileage increase.

The front tyre has a 3-layer compound where the harder centre gives you heavy-braking stability, linear handling and high mileage. On the shoulders, the compound is soft and sticky for maximum grip even at full lean angles.

The rear has a similar concept but this time with a 5-layer compound which gradually gets softer as you approach the edge of the tyre giving you that extra grip where needed.

The whole structure has added to the end result; lightweight and durable cords, RC Polymer rich in silica, pattern groove design and so much more adding to better drainage, comfort, greater road contact, and fuel economy to name a few.
